Drew Nierporent

One of America's most respected and celebrated restaurateurs, Drew Nieporent is the energetic creator of the Myriad Restaurant Group, which operates Montrachet,Tribeca Grill, Rubicon, Nobu, Nobu London, Next Door Nobu, Nobu 57, Centrico, Pulse, and The Coach House, Proof on Main, and Crush Wine and Spirits. A 1977 graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Management, Nieporent started his career in management at New York City's Maxwell's Plum and Tavern On The Green. He also worked at the prestigious French restaurants Le Perigord, La Grenouille and Le Plaza Athenee.

Tribeca Grill is co-owned by renowned restaurateur Drew Nieporent and legendary actor Robert De Niro. It opened to much acclaim in 1990 and was instrumental in helping put the Tribeca neighborhood on the map. Now in its seventeenth year, Tribeca Grill has become one of New York's downtown restaurant landmarks.
