I love to cook and I love to teach cooking. I have taught classes to the teens and adults at a metaphysical center I belong to and I have sponsored fund raisers for the center cooking for 60 or more people. At Christmas time I have people here to show them how to make traditional desserts strufolla and bows in particular as well as rugella and Christmas cookies. In the summer I pickle cucumbers and get the best pickles you would want to eat. I still work professionally as a Geriatric Care Manager, providing services, resources and recommendations to families dealing with older relatives. I've been a consultant to major corporation's hospitals and unions around the issues of care giving.
